Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Franchisee Coordinator to manage the end-to-end supply chain process for our franchise jewellery stores. The role involves coordinating store orders, tracking inventory levels, ensuring timely dispatches, and maintaining smooth communication between franchisees, warehouse, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and follow up on store orders and inventory requirements. Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Track order fulfillment, resolve supply/delivery issues, and maintain stock records. Generate reports on inventory, order status, and store performance. Ensure compliance with order protocols and support process improvements.

Requirements:



2-4 years of experience in supply chain or inventory coordination (retail/jewellery preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple franchisee relationships and timelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
