Job Description

1. Client Consultation & Advisory



Understand client needs, budget, and goals. Recommend suitable franchise options with good ROI. Explain business models, payback period, and financial projections.

2. Financial Evaluation



Prepare investment comparisons and ROI sheets. Analyze franchise agreements, P&L, and unit economics. Maintain updated knowledge of franchise fees and commercials.

3. Client Meetings & Relationship Management



Attend client meetings as required. Present franchise options clearly and professionally. Follow up regularly and build long-term relationships.

4. Franchise Brand Coordination



Coordinate with franchise brands for updated information. Arrange client-brand meetings and ensure smooth communication.

5. Lead Handling & Deal Conversion



Manage leads and maintain CRM/Excel tracking. Shortlist options based on client profile. Track deal stages and work towards timely closures.

6. Market Research



Stay updated on franchise trends and high-performing sectors. Prepare competitor and category comparison reports.

7. Documentation & Compliance



Assist clients with agreements, LOIs, and required documentation. Ensure proper filing of brand materials.

8. Post-Deal Coordination



Support onboarding with the brand until franchise activation.

9. Reporting & MIS



Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, meetings, pipeline, closures, revenue, and challenges.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
