3. Client Meetings & Relationship Management
Attend client meetings as required.
Present franchise options clearly and professionally.
Follow up regularly and build long-term relationships.
4. Franchise Brand Coordination
Coordinate with franchise brands for updated information.
Arrange client-brand meetings and ensure smooth communication.
5. Lead Handling & Deal Conversion
Manage leads and maintain CRM/Excel tracking.
Shortlist options based on client profile.
Track deal stages and work towards timely closures.
6. Market Research
Stay updated on franchise trends and high-performing sectors.
Prepare competitor and category comparison reports.
7. Documentation & Compliance
Assist clients with agreements, LOIs, and required documentation.
Ensure proper filing of brand materials.
8. Post-Deal Coordination
Support onboarding with the brand until franchise activation.
9. Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, meetings, pipeline, closures, revenue, and challenges.
