training / operations / hospitality

Ability to train staff on
recipes, operations, customer service & brand standards
Must be ready to travel to franchise outlets
Good communication & leadership skills
Responsibilities
Conduct training for new franchise outlets
Guide franchise teams on operations, hygiene & quality
Ensure brand standards are followed
Support outlets during opening & post-launch
