Job Role & Responsibilities:



Assist in day-to-day coordination and communication with franchise partners. Maintain and update franchise records, agreements, and documentation. Process incoming franchise inquiries and support the onboarding process. Coordinate with internal departments for franchise support. Manage data entry, reporting, and database management for franchise operations. Track compliance of franchisees with brand standards and operational procedures. Assist in preparing and distributing circulars, guidelines, and SOPs to franchise units. Support in organizing franchise training sessions, reviews, and meetings. Handle franchise-related queries, escalate issues if required, and ensure timely resolution. Prepare reports related to franchise performance, sales, and operational compliance.

Key Skills Required:



Strong coordination and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Attention to detail and good record-keeping Ability to multitask and handle administrative tasks efficiently Familiarity with CRM/ERP tools (preferred) Team player with a customer-first attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
