About the Role



We are seeking an experienced

Automotive Franchise Success Manager

to lead franchise partner development and drive regional business growth across South and East India. This role is critical for maintaining strong franchise relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving aggressive sales targets through a network of franchise partners in the automotive aftermarket sector.

Key Responsibilities



Franchise Partner Development & Support:



Develop, mentor, and enable franchise partners to achieve business growth targets Provide ongoing training and development programs for franchise owners and their teams Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned franchise partners across the region

Business Growth & Target Achievement:



Drive holistic growth and brand enhancement across the assigned region (Bangalore, Chennai, Ranchi) Own and deliver on regional sales targets through effective franchise network performance Track and monitor franchisee growth metrics, sales performance, and operational KPIs

Relationship Management & Operations:



Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing franchise partners Ensure seamless coordination between franchisees and internal departments (Customer Support, Logistics, Accounts, Marketing, Merchandising) Respond promptly to franchise partner queries and resolve issues in alignment with company policies

Compliance & Reporting:



Ensure all franchise stores comply with brand standards, operational guidelines, and regulatory requirements Prepare and submit periodic performance reports, market analysis, and growth projections to senior management

Market Intelligence & Expansion:



Conduct regional market analysis, study competition, and identify new growth opportunities Collect franchisee feedback and translate insights into actionable business strategies Develop deep product knowledge and technical understanding of automotive offerings

Travel:

Frequent regional travel is an integral part of this role.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills



Experience:



Minimum

2+ years

as a Regional Relationship Manager, Franchise Manager, Partner Success Manager, or similar role in

sales and business development

Prior experience in

franchise operations, channel sales, or partner management

is highly preferred Background in

automotive aftermarket, auto parts retail, car accessories, or automotive services

is a strong advantage

Skills & Competencies:



Strong understanding of

franchise business models and operations

Ability to measure, analyze, and drive ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs) Excellent verbal and written

communication skills

with stakeholder management abilities Strong

problem-solving

mindset with exceptional organizational skills Willingness and ability to

travel frequently

across the region

Education:



MBA

in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred Bachelor's degree with relevant experience will also be considered
