, the Franchise Service Executive plays a critical role in expanding the company's healthcare network by developing hospital tie-ups, maintaining strong professional relationships, generating sustainable revenue, and executing on-ground promotional activities. The role requires a proactive field professional with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Hospital Tie-Ups
Identify, approach, and onboard hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics for strategic partnerships.
Conduct meetings with hospital administrators, doctors, and management teams.
Negotiate and finalize hospital tie-up arrangements as per company policies.
Ensure smooth onboarding and coordination with partner hospitals.
2.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hospital management and key stakeholders.
Act as the primary liaison between Care4Elder Services Pvt Ltd and partner hospitals.
Address operational queries and ensure smooth delivery of services.
Conduct regular follow-ups to strengthen engagement and trust.
3.
Revenue Generation
Generate leads, referrals, and business opportunities through hospital networks.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets assigned by the Corporate Manager.
Track and analyze revenue generated from each hospital partnership.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Care4Elder services.
4.
Promotional Activities
Plan and execute hospital-based promotional activities such as standees, posters, brochures, kiosks, and desk branding.
Organize awareness programs, health camps, and patient engagement initiatives.
Represent Care4Elder Services Pvt Ltd at hospital events, seminars, and conferences.
Support local digital and offline marketing campaigns.

Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of hospital visits, meetings, and tie-up details.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue reports to the Corporate Manager.
Update leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system regularly.
6.
Compliance & Brand Representation
Ensure all hospital engagements comply with company policies and applicable legal guidelines.
Follow ethical business practices at all times.
Maintain and promote a professional brand image of Care4Elder Services Pvt Ltd.
7.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities within hospitals and the local healthcare market.
Collect and share market feedback on pricing, services, and patient needs.
Recommend strategies to improve hospital penetration and revenue growth.

Training & Support
Educate hospital staff on Care4Elder services, referral procedures, and coordination processes.
Assist in onboarding new franchise or field staff with hospital introductions.
Conduct basic orientation or service-awareness sessions when required.
