Job Description

- Identify and qualify prospective franchise partners through research, networking, and lead generation.- Pitch the franchise opportunity to potential investors via calls, meetings, and presentations.- Conduct discovery calls, explain the franchise model, and guide leads through the decision-making process.- Negotiate terms and close franchise agreements in coordination with the legal and operations teams.- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.- Represent the brand at trade shows, franchise expos, and networking events.- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to senior management.- Coordinate with marketing to optimize lead generation and campaign effectiveness.- Ensure franchisee onboarding and transition process is smooth, working closely with operations and training teams.
