Make outbound calls to prospective franchise leads and follow up on inquiries.
Explain the company's franchise model, investment details, and business opportunities clearly and confidently.
Identify potential investors and evaluate their suitability for the franchise.
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead information.
Schedule meetings or appointments for the Franchise Sales Manager or Business Development team.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to close franchise sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
Provide post-call feedback and insights to help improve the sales process.
Handle customer queries and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
