What You'll Do:



Drive Franchise Sales:

Proactively identify and qualify leads, manage a robust sales pipeline, and close franchise agreements to meet and exceed sales targets.

Educate and Guide:

Serve as a subject matter expert, effectively communicating our franchise model, value proposition, financial requirements, and operational support to prospective franchisees.

Build Relationships:

Cultivate strong relationships with potential franchisees, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their due diligence process.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and communications in our CRM system.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market opportunities to refine sales strategies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition for new franchisees.

Represent the Brand:

Attend industry events, trade shows, and discovery days as needed to represent the company and attract potential franchisees.
What We're Looking For:

Proven Sales Acumen:

5+ years of successful experience in B2B sales, franchise sales, or a similar performance-driven sales role with a track record of exceeding quotas.

Results-Oriented:

Highly motivated by sales targets and a commission-based compensation structure. You're driven by the thrill of the close and the opportunity for unlimited earning potential.

Exceptional Communicator:

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.

Relationship Builder:

Natural ability to connect with people, build rapport, and establish trust.

Self-Starter:

Proactive, disciplined, and capable of managing your own pipeline and schedule effectively with minimal supervision.

Business Acumen:

Strong understanding of business fundamentals, financial statements, and investment concepts.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Travel:

Ability to travel as needed for meetings, events, and discovery days.
