Job Description

As a Franchise Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our franchise network. You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential franchisees, managing the sales process, and ensuring that new franchisees are well-prepared to start their own businesses. This role requires strong sales acumen and the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and contact potential franchisees Develop and execute strategies to attract and secure new franchisees Conduct presentations and meetings to prospective franchisees Assist franchisees through the application and approval process Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials Maintain relationships with existing franchisees to ensure ongoing satisfaction and compliance Track and report on sales metrics and pipeline status Ensure that all franchise sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in sales, particularly in a franchises or business-to-business environment Strong understanding of the franchise business model Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Willingness to travel as required

Pay: ₹10,240.26 - ₹39,732.16 per month
