Franchise Sales Manager
to drive franchise acquisition, manage investor relationships, and close high-quality franchise partners across India.
Job Summary
The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for
end-to-end franchise sales
-- from lead qualification and investor counselling to deal closure and handover to the onboarding team. This role requires a deep understanding of
franchise business models
, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to close mid- to high-value franchise investments.
Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise Sales & Lead Conversion
Handle inbound and outbound franchise leads generated through digital campaigns, portals, and referrals
Conduct structured franchise presentations explaining the Laundrywala business model, ROI, investment, and support system
Qualify prospects based on financial capability, location suitability, and business intent
Drive franchise sales closures in assigned territories
Investor Relationship Management
Act as a trusted advisor to potential franchise partners
Address commercial, operational, and profitability-related queries with clarity and transparency
Maintain strong follow-ups and nurture long sales cycles
Territory & Expansion Planning
Support city-wise and region-wise expansion strategy
Coordinate with internal teams for location feasibility and approval
Track territory availability and avoid franchise cannibalization
Documentation & Process
Coordinate franchise documentation, agreement execution, and initial payments
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and franchise policies
Maintain CRM updates and accurate sales reporting
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor franchise models in laundry, dry cleaning, and allied service segments
Share market feedback, objections, and improvement insights with leadership
Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory
2-6 years of experience in
franchise sales

investment sales
Prior exposure to
QSR, Retail, Service Franchise, Laundry, Dry Cleaning, or FMCG franchise models
preferred
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Ability to close high-ticket franchise deals (?10-40 lakhs range)
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi required)
Preferred
Experience working with franchise portals, CRM systems, and digital leads
Understanding of unit economics, ROI models, and payback calculations
Willingness to travel for franchise meetings and site visits
