franchise acquisition, partner onboarding, and business development
within the healthcare or diagnostic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and acquire potential franchise partners in targeted regions
Pitch the healthcare franchise model (clinic, diagnostic center, lab, retail pharmacy, etc.) to investors, entrepreneurs, and medical professionals
Handle end-to-end franchise sales process - from lead generation and pitching to agreement closure and onboarding
Coordinate with legal, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth franchise activation
Conduct regular market research to identify expansion opportunities in Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with franchisees to ensure business success
Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition and revenue targets
Represent the company in expos, investor meets, and regional roadshows
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
4 to 7 years of experience in
franchise development, sales, or business expansion
, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or wellness industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Experience handling investor/franchisee presentations and due diligence
Familiarity with franchise compliance, commercial models, and legal processes
Willingness to travel extensively across regions
