Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sales manger with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for tele-calling leads , training franchisees and also willing to travel outside the state (totally on Company's expense) once or twice a month and .

Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound tele-calling to potential leads and follow up on inquiries. Present our products/services effectively to generate sales. Travel outside the state once or twice a month for face-to-face meetings or training sessions. Provide training and support to franchise partners as needed. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information. willingness to LEARN

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in tele sales or a related field. Willingness to travel outside the state as required. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to train and support franchisees effectively. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
