Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to achieve franchise sales targets and regional growth goals.
Generate qualified franchise leads through networking, digital marketing, events, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening, financial evaluation, and qualification of prospective franchisees.
Present the company's franchise model, investment structure, and ROI to potential investors.
Coordinate and conduct franchise business meetings, site visits, and presentations.
Negotiate terms, agreements, and commercial arrangements in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
Maintain accurate records of franchise leads, pipeline, and conversions in CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and legal departments to streamline the onboarding process.
Support new franchise partners during the pre-opening phase to ensure brand alignment and operational readiness.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Prepare periodic reports on franchise sales performance and business development activities.
