We are looking for a passionate and results-driven
Franchise Sales Manager
to spearhead our franchise expansion across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, driving franchise sales, managing the onboarding process, and ensuring long-term partner success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic franchise sales plan aligned with company growth goals.
Identify, qualify, and convert prospective franchise partners through networking, events, and digital channels.
Conduct presentations, business meetings, and negotiations with potential franchisees.
Manage the entire franchise acquisition lifecycle -- from lead generation to final agreement.
Coordinate with legal, operations, and marketing teams for smooth franchise onboarding.
Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective franchise partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor franchise activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of experience
in franchise sales, business development, or channel expansion (preferably in F&B, QSR, or retail sectors).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding franchise sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of financials, ROI, and franchise business models.
Willingness to travel as needed.
