Job requirement:
A Franchisee Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of a franchise. They work to drive revenue growth by supporting franchisees in managing their sales teams, improving sales strategies, and ensuring that the franchise's standards and goals are met.
Key Duties:
1. Supporting Franchisees: Helping franchisees develop effective sales strategies, train their teams, and improve performance.
2. Performance Monitoring: Monitoring sales performance and providing feedback to franchisees on how to improve their results.
3. Sales Reporting: Analyzing sales data, generating reports, and tracking key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
4. Promoting Brand Consistency: Ensuring that franchisees are maintaining the brand's reputation and following its sales guidelines.
5. Building Relationships: Maintaining strong relationships with franchisees, helping them solve challenges, and providing guidance on business operations.
Skills Required:
1. 3 to 5 years of experience in franchisee sales.
2. Graduated/ MBA would be preferred.
3. Deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and strategies.
4. Strong verbal and written communication
5. Building strong, lasting relationships with franchisees is vital.
