Job Summary:

The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding the brand's footprint by identifying suitable locations, coordinating with property agents, generating franchise leads, engaging with prospective franchise partners, and managing the complete franchise onboarding process. This role requires strong sales skills, market understanding, and excellent communication to convert leads into successful franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities



1. Location Hunting & Market Research

Identify high-potential locations for new franchise outlets based on footfall, demographics, competition, and commercial viability. Conduct on-ground market surveys and coordinate site visits. Prepare location feasibility reports and recommendations for management approval.
2. Franchise Lead Generation & Cold Calling

Generate franchise leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and networking. Reach out to potential franchise prospects via phone, email, and meetings. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified franchise leads.
3. Handling Franchise Enquiries

Act as the first point of contact for all franchise enquiries. Explain the franchise model, investment structure, ROI expectations, and brand value proposition clearly to prospects. Schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with interested candidates.
4. Franchise Sales & Conversion

Close franchise leads and ensure timely collection of franchise fees and documentation. Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
5. Franchise Onboarding & Coordination

Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new franchise partners. Support franchisees with documentation, agreements, and internal approvals. Liaise with internal teams (operations, finance, design, procurement, and marketing) to ensure smooth handover post-signing.
6. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, closures, and onboarding status. Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and location status reports for management. Ensure compliance with company policies and franchise guidelines.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
