- Seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Head to lead and grow the FMCG business across B2C (distributor) channel.
- The role carries accountability for revenue growth, EBITDA delivery, and P&L performance.
- The incumbent will develop high-impact sales strategies, build strong customer networks, drive sales execution, and align cross-functional efforts toward commercial excellence.
- Lead domestic bulk and branded sugar sales across regulated quota periods.
- Drive export market penetration and compliance-led destination deliveries.
- Build and expand distributor (B2C) network with strong sales governance and last-mile reach.
- Identify new product or segment opportunities to grow market share.
- Own end-to-end P&L for the B2C sales vertical.
- Drive top-line growth while optimizing cost-to-serve, credit cycles, and working capital
- Ensure demand accuracy, pricing competitiveness, and data-backed decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
- Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in sugar, FMCG, agri-commodities, or food processing industry, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role
- Proven track record in handling multi-channel sales and P&L responsibility

Lead generation through data scrubbing on Social Networking sites and following up to source the business in the best way* Work on generating inquiries, coordinate and follow up with leads till final closure* Designing and presenting different proposals, aligning meetings with prospective lead and providing them full support till sign the agreement* Explaining business model to every potential investor, giving them franchise-related Information, sending them the proposals, taking follow-ups and referrals for further leads.* Scheduling and meeting the investor from PAN India to explain the company's franchise model and to get them to register* To participate in event and exhibitions to generate leads and creating a platform to meet with prospect franchisee.* Generating leads through various marketing activities as cold calling and campaigning.* Identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance and adherence to sales processes* Develop presentations to communicate franchise opportunities and benefits.*
