Actively source and identify potential franchise partners in the region through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Maintain an active pipeline of prospective franchisees and regularly update the lead database.
Nurturing Leads and Building Relationships:
Engage with potential franchise partners to understand their business goals and align them with the brand's offerings.
Provide comprehensive information on the franchise model, investment requirements, and potential ROI to prospective franchisees.
Organize and conduct discovery meetings, webinars, and presentations to showcase the benefits of partnering with the brand.
Shortlisting & Evaluating Prospects:
Assess the qualifications, financial background, and business experience of potential franchise partners to determine their suitability.
Conduct initial evaluations of prospective franchisees' locations and markets to ensure alignment with the brand's growth strategy.
Closing Franchise Agreements:
Lead negotiations and discussions to finalize franchise agreements, ensuring clarity on expectations, terms, and conditions.
Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with company standards.
Franchise Partner Onboarding Support:
Provide guidance to new franchise partners during the onboarding process, ensuring they are fully prepared for a successful launch.
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., marketing, training) to facilitate a smooth transition from agreement to operational readiness.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
5-7 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or lead generation roles, preferably in the beauty and wellness sector.
Proven track record in identifying, nurturing, and closing high-value franchise agreements.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
An MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation:
