Job Description

Position: Franchise Sales Manager

Location: Saket,Delhi

Industry: Franchising (logistic)

Salary: 70k-85k Per Month

Shift: 10am to 6pm

Week Off: Saturday and Sunday

Qualifications: Graduate or above

Experience: Minimum 4 yrs

Key Responsibilities :

1. Identify and evaluate potential franchisees across India.

2. Manage lead generation, pipeline building, and recruitment process.

3. Present the franchise model through meetings and webinars

4. Guide Franchisees from screening to agreement finalization.

5. Maintain strong relationships with new and existing franchise partners.

Skills:

1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

2. Strong understanding of CRM, lead tracking, and structured sales processes.

3. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

4. High integrity, leadership qualities, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?85,000.00 per month
