Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify potential franchise partners and conduct market research to expand brand footprint. Lead the end-to-end franchise acquisition process, including presentations, negotiations, and onboarding. Evaluate franchise applications for business viability, location, and investment potential. Develop and implement franchise business plans and expansion strategies. Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchise partners for operational, marketing, and financial performance. Monitor franchise compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational guidelines. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure brand consistency. Prepare regular reports on franchise performance, market trends, and potential opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or sales. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of franchise laws, agreements, and market trends. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
