Role Overview



The Franchise Sales Executive will be responsible for handling incoming franchise leads, conducting telephonic discussions, explaining the business model, and ensuring all lead information is updated in the CRM. The role requires strong communication, follow-up discipline, and the ability to convert interest into actual sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound franchise sales calls. Explain Shunya's franchise model, investment structure, and ROI to prospective partners. Follow up with leads through phone, WhatsApp, and email until closure. Schedule and coordinate virtual or in-person franchise presentations. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversion stages in CRM. Support the Franchise Manager in organizing webinars, presentations, and events. Provide timely feedback on lead quality and campaign performance. Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion targets.

Requirements



Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred). 1-3 years of experience in inside sales / franchise sales / tele-sales preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command over spoken Hindi and English. Proficiency in using CRM tools (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce / similar). Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Gurgaon H.O, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
