Job Overview:

We are a well-established

preschool and daycare center in Rohini, Delhi

, currently seeking dynamic, confident, and English-fluent

telecallers (male or female)

to focus on

sales franchise development

, admissions, handling inquiries, and structured follow-ups.

This role is best suited for individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell preschool franchise opportunities

to potential partners across targeted regions Make

outbound calls

to prospective franchise buyers, parents, and guardians Explain franchise model, investment plans, and growth opportunities Handle

incoming calls and inquiries

related to franchise and admissions Maintain and update CRM database with lead information and follow-up status Assist in

coordination of promotional campaigns

, seminars, and franchise expos Achieve daily/weekly targets for

calls, leads, and conversions

Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients

Candidate Requirements:

Male/Female candidates both welcome to apply Minimum

1 year of experience

in telecalling/sales/customer support (franchise/education sector preferred)

Excellent spoken and written English

Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills Comfortable using basic

computer tools

(MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software) Professional attitude and

sales-oriented mindset
