We offer entrepreneurs a structured franchise model backed by branding, operations support, and lead-generation systems. We are expanding across cities and are looking for driven sales professionals to onboard new franchise partners.
Job Summary
The Franchise Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing franchise opportunities for PEXA Doorwash Car Care. This is a field-intensive role involving lead generation, meetings with prospective partners, and guiding them through the franchise onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads for new franchise partners (local entrepreneurs, service station owners, investors).
Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations explaining the PEXA franchise model.
Pitch doorstep car wash & car care business opportunities clearly and ethically.
Follow up with interested prospects and manage the complete sales cycle till closure.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, onboarding, and handover.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
Represent the PEXA brand professionally in all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in field sales, franchise sales, B2B sales, or direct selling.
Strong communication and negotiation skills (English + Tami+ Hindi +Malayalam language preferred).
Willingness to travel locally and work in the field.
Basic understanding of sales funnels and closures.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Ability to explain business models clearly to non-corporate clients.
Smartphone proficiency (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM basics).
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in franchise sales, automobile services, insurance, real estate, or telecom sales is a plus.
Local market knowledge and contacts are an advantage.
Candidates with two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
