Key Responsibilities
Generate and grow
non-nomination business
with focus on domestic courier sales.
Achieve target of
2-5 franchisee activations per month
.
Drive
end-to-end courier sales cycle
- from lead generation to revenue collection.
Manage
key domestic and international clients
, ensuring competitive rates and client satisfaction.
Contribute to annual revenue of
INR 50 lakhs - 1 crore+
with monthly profit contribution of
INR 1.5-2 lakhs
.
Prepare and deliver
business proposals, demos, and pitches
to prospective clients/franchisees.
Collaborate with
Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance
teams to achieve goals.
Monitor sales targets, promotional activities, and outstanding clearance.
Stay updated with latest
industry trends, logistics practices, and courier operations
.
Skills & Experience
2-5 years of experience in
courier sales, transhipment sales, heavy shipment sales, or field direct sales
.
Strong exposure to
non-nomination business & revenue generation benchmarks
.
Experience in
Logistics/Supply Chain
; medical device industry background is a plus.
Proficiency in
SAP order-to-cash process
and strong spreadsheet skills.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and client relationship management
.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Marketing/Finance preferred.
