Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound franchise sales inquiries from Kerala and nearby regions
Conduct initial qualification calls with potential franchise partners
Explain the franchise business model, investment requirements, and support system
Follow up with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools
Schedule meetings and discovery calls with senior franchise managers
Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM system
Assist with franchise presentations, documentation, and FDD coordination
Support local franchise sales events, roadshows, and meetings
Meet monthly lead conversion and sales support targets
