Department: Franchise Channel Role: Activation Service RM Grade: E1/E2- AM/ DM Years of Exp: 2 to 4 yrs Reporting to: M3/M4 Location: Mumbai
Role: \xc3\xbc Analyzing the franchisee business by resolving the existing issues thereby providing immense support to the franchisee. \xc3\xbc To maintain a synergetic relationship with RH, SH and RM\xe2\x80\x99s by supporting their efforts to enhance the business. \xc3\xbc Responsible to reactivate the inactive franchisees by resolving the teething issues thereby generating brokerage and doing account addition consistently. \xc3\xbc Develop and maintain long term relationship with the franchisee to maintain a high level of retention of the existing franchisee and also focus on generating new business. \xc3\xbc To keep abreast with market knowledge and market intelligence. \xc3\xbc Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.
