WAAYU is looking for an experienced and proactive Franchisee Operations Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end operations of our franchise network. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, franchisee satisfaction, compliance with brand standards, and consistent customer experience across all franchise locations. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between WAAYU's corporate team and franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of WAAYU franchise outlets to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners and address operational concerns, escalations, and support needs.
Ensure franchisees adhere to WAAYU's SOPs, operational guidelines, quality standards, and brand policies.
Monitor key operational KPIs such as sales performance, customer satisfaction, service levels, and compliance scores.
Support onboarding of new franchisees, including training, setup, and launch readiness.
Conduct regular store audits, operational reviews, and performance assessments.
Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, finance, tech, and customer support) to resolve franchise-level issues.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce operational gaps, and improve franchise profitability.
Support franchisees in local marketing initiatives and execution of central marketing campaigns.
Handle conflict resolution and ensure strong franchisee relationship management.
Prepare and present operational reports, MIS, and performance dashboards to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Retail Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5-8 years of experience in franchise operations, retail operations, QSR, food-tech, e-commerce, or multi-location business management.
Strong understanding of franchise business models and operational frameworks.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and operational dashboards.
Willingness to travel frequently to franchise locations as required.
