Identify and generate leads for
school franchises / education centers
Pitch and sell
franchise business opportunities
to prospective partners
Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with investors and school owners
Manage the
end-to-end franchise onboarding process
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales targets
Maintain relationships with existing franchise partners and ensure satisfaction
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for franchise launches
Maintain CRM data and prepare regular sales reports
Conduct market research to identify new expansion opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
2-5 years of experience
in franchise sales, education sales, EdTech, or institutional sales
Experience in
school, coaching, preschool, or EdTech industry
is highly preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to travel within assigned regions
Knowledge of local education market will be an advantage
