Role Overview



The iXpress Franchise Manager is responsible for expanding the iXpress English Program through new franchise acquisitions, managing existing franchise relationships, ensuring smooth operations, and driving revenue and student enrollment growth across centers.

This role acts as the bridge between the corporate team and the franchise partners, ensuring brand consistency, quality delivery, and business success.

Key Responsibilities



1. Franchise Acquisition & Expansion



Identify potential franchise partners: schools, learning centers, edupreneurs.

Conduct presentations, demos, and orientation sessions.

Achieve monthly/quarterly franchise acquisition targets.

Guide new partners through onboarding, documentation, and licensing.

2. Franchise Relationship Management



Serve as the primary point of contact for all franchise queries.

Ensure franchises follow brand guidelines, teaching methodology, and protocols.

Conduct regular review meetings with franchise owners.

Support in solving operational issues and improving center performance.

3. Training & Quality Control



Train franchise teams on academic delivery, marketing, and admissions.

Ensure teachers follow the iXpress curriculum and 5-Pillar Model.

Conduct audits of teaching quality and student progress.

Share best practices and drive continuous improvement.

4. Marketing & Admissions Support



Support franchisees in planning local marketing campaigns.

Provide promotional materials, scripts, outreach strategies, and WhatsApp funnels.

Guide franchisees on student recruitment, demo classes, and parent presentations.

Monitor the performance of campaigns and enrollment pipelines.

5. Revenue & Performance Monitoring



Track franchise revenue, renewals, and enrollment performance.

Maintain dashboards and regular reports for management.

Identify struggling franchises and create turnaround strategies.

6. Brand Growth & Community Building



Represent iXpress at events, seminars, expos, and school networks.

Encourage community building among franchise partners.

Collect testimonials, success stories, and case studies.

Number of new franchises closed per quarter

Enrollment growth across partner centers

Franchise satisfaction score

Curriculum & branding compliance rate

Renewal and retention rate of franchises

Teacher training completion across centers

Skills & Competencies



Strong communication and presentation skills

Experience in education/franchise/edtech background preferred

Sales and relationship management expertise

Understanding of marketing (offline + digital)

Analytical and problem-solving ability

Leadership and training capabilities

Qualification & Experience



Graduate / Postgraduate in Education, Business, Marketing, or related fields

3-7 years' experience in franchise management, business development, or school relations

Experience in education sector preferred
