Job Description

Roles vary from Medical Representatives (MRs) focusing on direct promotion to Development Managers overseeing franchise networks, all aimed at expanding the company's reach. Key Job Responsibilities

Sales & Promotion:

Introduce and sell pharma products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and retailers.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong ties with healthcare professionals (HCPs).

Market Penetration:

Identify new opportunities, monitor market trends, and achieve sales goals.

Product Expertise:

Develop deep knowledge of company products, benefits, and clinical data.

Marketing Support:

Utilize provided materials (brochures, samples, visual aids) for effective promotion.

Logistics & Inventory:

Manage order processing and ensure timely delivery (especially for distributors).

Reporting:

Submit regular sales reports and track competitor activities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
