Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise Development & Onboarding
Identify and onboard new
Traker franchise partners
Explain Traker's business model, products, and revenue structure
Handle franchise inquiries, meetings, and agreement coordination
Ensure smooth franchise setup and launch
Relationship & Performance Management
Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners
Monitor franchise performance (sales, operations, compliance)
Provide guidance to improve partner productivity and revenue
Resolve partner issues and escalations professionally
Sales & Business Growth
Support franchise partners in lead generation and conversions
Assist in local marketing and promotional activities
Track targets, conversions, and revenue growth
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams
Training & Support
Conduct product and process training for franchise teams
Ensure proper usage of Traker apps, dashboards, and tools
Share best practices and updates with franchise partners
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain franchise data, reports, and performance dashboards
Share weekly and monthly performance reports with management
Coordinate with internal tech, operations, and support teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
2-5 years experience in
franchise management, sales, or channel management
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Understanding of
logistics, transport, or SaaS business models
(preferred)
Willingness to travel locally for franchise meetings
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting
