Job Summary:
The Franchise Acquisition Manager would be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and
acquiring new franchise partners to expand the organization's healthcare network (clinics,
diagnostics centers, pharmacies, etc.). This role involves market mapping, partner
negotiations, onboarding, and ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Franchise Acquisition & Lead Generation
Identify and generate leads for potential healthcare franchisees
Conduct market visits and presentations to pitch the franchise model
Maintain pipeline of prospective franchise partners
2. Due Diligence & Partner Evaluation
Evaluate franchisee credentials, financials, and market compatibility
Coordinate site visits and location assessments
Prepare feasibility reports and business plans
3. Negotiation & Onboarding
Negotiate commercial terms, investment models, and franchise agreements
Coordinate legal and financial documentation
Oversee onboarding, training, and transition support for new partners
Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
(MBA preferred)
3-5 years of experience in franchise sales or business development (preferably in
healthcare, pharma, or wellness sector)
Strong understanding of healthcare franchise models
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel extensively
