Role Description

Recruit, train, and support franchise partners across regions.
Ensure franchisee success through performance coaching and operational guidance.
Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve location performance.
Maintain brand standards, service quality, and customer experience.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams

Qualifications

Franchise Sales and Business Planning skills Experience in Franchising and Lead Generation Training skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Previous experience in healthcare or wellness industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
