Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Franchise Manager

to lead the expansion of Glam Unisex Salon & Spa through new franchise partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchisees, managing end-to-end franchise operations, and ensuring consistent brand experience across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute franchise acquisition strategies to expand brand presence. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners. Manage franchise documentation, agreements, and compliance processes. Coordinate with design, operations, and marketing teams for smooth franchise setup. Ensure franchise outlets maintain brand standards, service quality, and profitability. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide operational support to franchisees. Build long-term relationships with franchise owners to drive mutual success. Prepare business reports and present expansion progress to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in franchise development (preferably in beauty, wellness, or retail). Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills. Proven track record in franchise acquisition and management. Ability to travel for franchise meetings and site evaluations.

Competitive salary with incentives based on franchise performance and growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
