1. New Franchise
Generate and respond to leads
Interviewing potential franchisees and reviewing their application forms to determine if they are eligible to purchase a franchise
Recruiting prospective franchisees based on their financial resources, business experience, and personal characteristics
Evaluating potential locations for new stores based on market demand and competition.
2. Franchise Documents
Maintain and Update Franchise documents as required.
Franchise legal responsibilities - review agreements, process renewals, fee/ payment collection, update agreements and enforce licensing expectations.
Process Franchise Notices, Renewals and termination.
3. Franchisee Management
Develop strategic plans to improve new and existing outets' performance.
Provide manpower to Franchise.
Ensure the financial performance and revenue targets of the franchisee is achieved through analysis of its Profit & Loss and KPIs.
Work as point of contact between the franchisee and the franchisor, and ensure that any issues/concerns are aptly and timely addressed.
Support the day-to-day management of franchise. Advice and support franchisees with all areas of their business including: store standards, stock management, customer relationship, staffing and recruitment, finances and payments, cost control, expansion.
Ensure franchisor suggested systems/ processes are deployed & practiced in the franchisee.
Develop sales and marketing tools, work out on sales promotional activities to support the franchisees.
Develop and Update Franchise Rewards Program.
Reviewing financial statements to ensure that franchisees are following company standards for operations.
Coordinating with other staff members in the company to ensure that all operations are running smoothly.
Ensure that the franchisee is in compliance with legal and statutory policies and procedures.
Ensure post termination consequences are met by the Franchisee.
4. Franchisee Training & Development
Communicate the design philosophy to the required parties to ensure the store has the impact and depth as required by the Company.
Manage and facilitate projects as assigned in line with the franchise store opening programme and ensure that the target opening dates are matched.
Provide technical support during the entire construction by means of site visits and weekly reports, provide solutions to site specific requirements and ensure stores are constructed strictly in accordance with the company standards.
Set up the outlet as per the Company Standards.
Develop and conduct training program for the Franchisee owners and staff.
Ensure that the staff is trained and polished as per the Company standards.
Provide training and information related to business policies and procedures.
Communicate protocols from Shop Operations Manual.
5. Franchise Audits
Develop and update Franchise Audit standards.
Identify KPIs to improve Franchise Performance and include in the Franchise Operation Standards.
Develop Franchise audit plan and keep a check on post audit consequences/results.
6. Franchise Communication
Handle complaints from Franchise and trigger corrective actions.
Collect feedback from Franchise owner, crew and customers.
Ensure Franchises receive Company's messages regarding Strategies, Promotions and Products.
7. Data Analysis
Extract data from ERP system and other sources if required. Analyze data and understand preferences / pattern /performance. Take corrective actions based on qualitative and quantitative analysis to improve Franchise performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
