We're looking for a dynamic and result-driven Franchise Sales Manager who can lead this growth story with vision, strategy, and passion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Franchise Growth & AcquisitionDrive nationwide expansion of Quleep's franchise network for our visualisation platforms.Convert qualified leads into franchise partners through presentations, meetings, and demos.Present Quleep's franchise models, showcasing ROI and strategic benefits.Deliver consistent monthly acquisition targets

2. Onboarding & Success EnablementManage end-to-end onboarding -- documentation, training, and setup assistance.Guide new franchisees during their initial operations to ensure success and compliance.Collaborate with tech and marketing teams to strengthen partner performance.

3. Market Intelligence & Sales ExecutionMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.Maintain accurate CRM data, track pipelines, and share performance reports with leadership.Represent Quleep at industry expos, trade shows, and franchise events nationwide.

4. Relationship BuildingBuild trusted, long-term relationships with franchise partners.Act as a single point of contact for franchise sales and post-sales support.

What We're Looking For

a. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

b. 3-5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B SaaS.

c. Proven track record in lead conversion and franchise onboarding.

d. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

e. Willingness to travel

f. High-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
