to lead the expansion of our courier/logistics network through successful franchise appointments and ongoing partner management.
Must have hands-on experience in identifying potential franchisees, onboarding them, and ensuring operational compliance and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and appoint new courier/logistics franchise partners across assigned regions.
Conduct market research to identify high-potential areas for franchise expansion.
Manage the complete franchise onboarding process including documentation, training, and setup.
Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and operational policies.
Monitor franchise performance through regular reviews and performance metrics (delivery TAT, customer feedback, volumes, etc.).
Resolve franchise-related issues and support them with operational challenges.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, etc.) to support franchise needs.
Ensure adherence to contractual terms, SOPs, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Prepare regular reports on franchise performance, expansion progress, and market feedback.
Skills
3-5 years of experience in franchise development, preferably in the courier, logistics, or transportation sector.
Strong understanding of franchise models and territory development.
Proven experience in negotiating and closing franchise deals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for franchise development.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
