Experience: 10-15 years of experience in franchise Operations & Business Development in automobile industry will be preferred.
Reporting To: Managing Director or National Sales Head Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Sales Growth & Performance Monitoring
Monitor and drive sales performance of all franchise outlets.
Set and review monthly/quarterly sales targets in alignment with overall business goals.
Work closely with the marketing team to roll out sales campaigns and monitor ROI
Analyze store-level sales trends and implement strategies to boost conversions and footfall.
Franchisee Management & Store Support
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Regularly interact with franchise stores to assess performance, address concerns, and implement improvements. Team, Distributor & Store Interaction
Act as the liaison between internal departments, distributors, and stores to ensure smooth operational flow and prompt issue resolution.
Conduct periodic reviews and alignment meetings with field teams and key partners.
Brand Compliance & Legal Support
Ensure franchise outlets comply with brand guidelines, operational standards, and customer service protocols.
Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to resolve franchise or retail-related issues.
Events & Exhibitions
Plan and execute brand visibility activities such as exhibitions, product launch events, or promotional campaigns.
Work closely with marketing and franchise teams to ensure impactful participation and ROI-driven
Product Knowledge, Introduction & Training
Introduce new products to the franchise network and ensure proper product understanding.
Organize training sessions for staff on product features, usage and positioning.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with marketing, after-sales, and supply chain teams to support franchise growth and resolve issues.
Coordinate with product and sales teams to plan new launches and campaigns at franchise locations.
Prepare and maintain accurate and timely MIS reports
