Job Description

Search and shortlist commercial spaces across India for CarzSpa franchise studios. Visit locations, check visibility, vehicle movement, space suitability, and overall feasibility. Build a strong network with

local brokers, real estate agents, builders, and property owners

. Identify multiple property types: commercial shops, industrial sheds, warehouse spaces, roadside properties, etc. Analyse market demand, competition, rental trends, and automobile clusters in each area. Recommend the best locations with comparison reports (rent, area, visibility, ROI). Negotiate rental terms, deposits, and agreements to get the best deal within company TAT. Coordinate for LOI, agreement paperwork, and final site handover. Assist franchise owners by suggesting the most profitable studio location in their city.

Requirements

2-8 years of experience in

real estate, retail expansion, location sourcing, or franchise expansion

. Strong network with commercial property brokers & builders. Good knowledge of property evaluation and rental negotiation. Willingness to travel PAN India frequently. Excellent communication, reporting, and negotiation skills.
