Job Summary
We are looking for a
Franchise Incharge cum Delivery Executive
to manage daily franchise operations while handling pickup and delivery activities. The role requires operational ownership, customer coordination, and timely delivery management.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Operations
Manage day-to-day operations of the DTDC franchise.
Handle booking of shipments, billing, and cash management.
Maintain records of consignments, invoices, and daily sales.
Ensure proper scanning, labeling, and dispatch of shipments.
Coordinate with DTDC hub and operations team for smooth movement.
Resolve customer queries and service issues.
Pickup & Delivery
Perform door-to-door pickup and delivery of consignments.
Ensure timely and safe delivery as per DTDC standards.
Collect COD amounts and submit daily cash reports.
Obtain Proof of Delivery (POD) where required.
Maintain delivery vehicle and ensure route efficiency.
Customer Handling
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Support business growth through repeat customers and referrals.
Promote DTDC services to walk-in and local business customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in courier, logistics, or delivery operations preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage operations independently.
Basic computer knowledge (billing, Excel, emails).
Must have a
two-wheeler
with valid driving license.
Education: 10th / 12th pass or above.
