Job Title: Franchise Field Sales Executive - Pharmacy
Responsibilities:
Generate and onboard new pharmacy franchise partners.
Conduct daily field visits and build strong market presence.
Maintain relationships with existing franchise outlets.
Promote pharma products and explain franchise offerings.
Achieve monthly sales and expansion targets.
Handle order follow-ups, payments, and reporting.
Identify new business opportunities through market research.
Requirements:
1-3 years of field sales experience (pharma preferred).
Knowledge of pharmacy/franchise model is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
Ready for daily market travel.
Salary: As per company norms + attractive incentives.
