Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented

Franchisee Field Executive

with

0-2 years

of experience to drive our marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach through on-ground promotional activities, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships. This role is target-based (weekly/monthly) and involves frequent field visits, brochure distribution, and direct customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote Lilo's brand and services within the designated territory. Acquire new customers and build relationships to drive app downloads and customer retention. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Lilo's customer base. Collaborate with the Lilo team to develop and implement marketing strategies. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in marketing or sales (preferably field-based). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Willingness to travel frequently for field visits and promotions. Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive approach. Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred (if applicable).
