Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage cold leads; convert them into warm prospects through structured calling efforts. Maintain regular follow-ups and drive leads toward successful franchise conversion. Assign qualified leads to respective POCs for further discussion and onboarding. Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and progress in CRM tools. Collaborate with the franchise and operations team for smooth partner onboarding. Ensure timely communication with prospects and assist them with required documentation and information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads efficiently. Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or franchise development is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
