(Asst. Director Level) will be responsible for expanding and managing the WORSO franchise network within the assigned region. The role focuses on recruitment of Franchise Partners, driving sales of WORSO offerings, and ensuring successful execution of roboclubs, memberships, and Technoxian district & zonal competitions. This is a strategic leadership role combining business development, partner management, and regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage Franchise Partners across the assigned region, Build a strong regional franchise ecosystem aligned with WORSO's vision, Ensure franchise partners meet business, quality, and performance benchmarks
Drive sales of Roboclubs, WORSO memberships, and related programs through franchise partners, Support partners in pitching to schools, colleges, training centers, and institutions, Achieve regional revenue and expansion targets
Competitions & Events, Plan, promote, and execute Technoxian district-level and zonal-level competitions
Monitor partner performance and provide continuous mentoring and support, Resolve operational, commercial, and coordination issues
Regional Strategy & Reporting, Develop and implement regional growth strategies, Track KPIs related to franchise recruitment, sales, and events
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
8-15 years of experience in franchise development, education sales, channel management, or ecosystem building
Strong network in education, training, or skill development sectors
Proven leadership, negotiation, and partner management skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the region
