Key Responsibilities1. Franchise Development & Expansion
Identify, evaluate & onboard new franchise partners across key markets.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis & location feasibility studies.
Drive franchise sales pipeline from enquiry ? meeting ? closure.
2. Operations & Store Performance
Ensure franchise stores follow brand SOPs for display, VM, customer service & billing.
Monthly review of sales performance, stock levels, fast/slow-moving items.
Coordinate with HO for supply, replenishment & collection issues.
3. Relationship Management
Maintain strong relations with franchise owners & their store teams.
Resolve operational issues, escalations & support partners to increase profitability.
Conduct periodic store visits to ensure compliance.
4. Training & Support
Provide product training (fabric, designs, collections).
Guide stores on marketing promotions, discount planning & festival campaigns.
Ensure Tally/POS usage, inventory handling & sales reporting.
5. Marketing & Branding
Coordinate local marketing, digital promotions & event activities.
Manage franchise launch events, in-store promotions & brand visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4-7 years of experience as
Franchise Manager / Area Manager / Business Development Manager
in
Textiles / Retail / Fashion
.
Strong experience in
women ethnic wear
preferred.
Good communication, negotiation & retail operations knowledge.
Ability to handle multiple stores, travel for market visits & manage targets.
Strong analytical, reporting & MIS skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
