Graduate or equivalent
2-3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or retail expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Acquisition
:
Identify, research, and approach potential franchise partners.
Pitch the franchise model and investment opportunity convincingly.
Conduct market mapping to find untapped cities/regions.
Screening & Evaluation
:
Assess financial capability, business acumen of potential franchisees.
Conduct due diligence and background verification.
Franchise On boarding
:
Coordinate agreements, legal documentation, and commercial negotiations.
Ensure smooth setup of franchise outlets (location selection, design, fit-outs, equipment, and compliance).
Relationship Management
:
Act as the single point of contact for franchisees during the on boarding stage.
Build long-term relationships to maximize trust and loyalty.
Performance Tracking & Support
:
Work with operations/marketing team to ensure new outlets hit revenue and brand standards.
Track ROI and franchise satisfaction.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation ability.
Knowledge of franchise models, legalities, and retail/business operations.
Market research and lead generation capabilities.
Networking and relationship-building mindset.
