Manager - Business Development
to join our team.
People from Real estate (HNI ), BFSI , FMCG and F&B sectors are preffred
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in new client acquisition, client servicing, and key account management. The primary role is to sell franchises of exciting domestic and international brands.
Responsibilities:
Finalize corporate alliances for franchise expansion with prospective clients/brands
Acquire new clients through corporate tie-ups and business development from new and existing clients
Make personal visits to corporate clients to deliver presentations and ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Maintain regular interaction with key clients to build relationships and expand business opportunities
Handle brand and investor portfolio
Sell various brands (or business/franchising concepts)
Screen investor portfolio to identify the best fit based on investment bandwidth, location, and work profile
Work as an interface between brand and investors to close franchises up to signing agreement
Maintain communication between brand and investor to increase the success ratio for closures
Develop and implement suitable solutions and inputs to increase the closure probability for both clients and investors
