JOB DESCRIPTION TITLE: Franchise Development Manager DEPARTMENT: Sales & Operations REPORTING TO: Vice President - Sales & Operations GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Franchise Development Manager is responsible for signing new franchisees and providing them all relevant support before opening of the Club. As needed the Franchise Development Executive will generate franchise leads, screen and sign franchise prospects and will also carry out regular market survey and franchisee feedback program to ensure we are meeting franchisee expectation and are ahead of competition.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete franchise lead management. Communicating with all franchise leads and ensuring maximum conversions with the criteria set.

Meet monthly and annual MOU & Agreement signing targets.

Follow all the stand operating procedures of the company involving franchise development.

Co-ordination between the franchisee and the franchise support team for smooth flow of operations.

Carry our regular Market Research re-search to understand competition and prepare future strategy.

Provide complete pre-club opening and post club opening support to the franchisees.

Provide training to franchise partners

Implementation of all company SOP and policies at each franchisee location.

Responsible for coordinating with all empanelled vendors and company staff for successful rollout of franchise clubs.
