This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of franchise sales, including lead generation, business planning, and managing the franchising process. Daily tasks involve identifying and engaging potential franchisees, conducting market research, building strong relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless integration of new franchise operations.

Franchise Sales and Franchising skills Business Planning skills Lead Generation skills Strong Communication skills both written and verbal Proven ability to build and maintain relationships Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the healthcare industry or franchise operations is a plus
